I would like to complain about the ethnic mix of the England football team. Also the sprint teams and numerous other sports teams.

This is no way reflects the composition of our society, and we know that there are equally deserving sportsmen not getting the same advantages and rewards.

...or maybe sport should be a meritocracy in which teams compete for the very best talent they can get, paying no attention to race, rather like law.
