I’m stunned at the defence of this man. He’s lucky to have escaped a criminal conviction for fraud quite frankly.

And his claim if simply having taken his “eye of the ball”. What, 40 times? This isn’t youthful recklessness Anon@1754, it’s clear and prolonged dishonesty by someone hardly queuing at the food bank when he arrives home.

I’m truly shocked at the level of support for someone on 38k per annum. All I can say is, thank goodness the Ghosh test has been abolished if these conmentators are typical jury selections. Otherwise goodness knows how the train network would survive professional fraud on a grand scale.
