But unfortunately, anon @ 16:41, we don't know either the identity of anon @ 16:37 or the 'partner in a large multinational firm' to whom he refers. I don't think that even the SRA has stooped to taking action on reports that an unknown person, who may or may not be a solicitor and/or be employed by a solicitor's practice, has failed to report another unknown person, who is alleged to be solicitor, who, the first unknown person claims, committed an act of dishonesty many years ago. Or maybe I should say that the SRA hasn't stooped that low - yet .... !
