Thanks for the comments. Is there no sympathy for the argument that the BBC has a duty to campaign for the principle that evidence presented in open court should be available for the (fair and accurate) reporting of proceedings? That said, as a flyer I would agree with the finding in this instance. Air safety is a remarkable international success story and it didn't come about by chance.
