What they do not realize is that once they register as Solicitors there will be a very high burden on customer care, complaints , admin etc.

Wait until a disgruntled client ( often for spurious reasons ) complain about service and the company will have to pay out compensation to them. The Solicitors profession actually tells the client about complaints and how to do it before the case even starts. Many clients will exploit this!! The whole industry will no longer be profitable.
