It's me again.

You are talking about inciting violence (you say "personal violence"; I'm not sure what the "personal" is supposed to add) whereas this man was convicted of inciting hatred.

I am interested in why you are talking about a different offence than the one this article concerns. This could be for any one of a number of reasons. For example, you may disagree that inciting hatred should be an offence. Is that your position?

If so, then we may as well call it a day here.

If not (that is to say, if you agree that inciting hatred should be the offence that it is, and that it is reasonable to prevent somebody from doing so), then why on earth are you arguing in favour of a man who has been convicted of inciting hatred?

I really don't understand your position, or what lies behind it.
