For big business to have no responsibility for forward planning, pensions, sick pay, redundancy, Tupe, healthcare, maternity or paternity leave general responsibility towards overall employees- who in turn can’t get a mortgage, can’t plan ahead without worry - work without holiday -the list goes on - yes this is extremely attractive to any business, helps to increase profits - should we promote this ideology ? I’m not so sure...
