Yes, it’s not enough. Nothing is ever enough.

You cannot satisfy these people, so don’t make the mistake of trying.

Just treat all people fairly and equally, irrespective of irrelevant characteristics such as race and gender. Other than that, there is nothing else you can - or should - do.
