Much as I applaud initiatives to try to redress racist and sexist attitudes I fear they in fact have precisely the opposite effect to that intended. I refer to the dinosaurs below who no doubt spend all day at their keyboards waiting to pounce on the first mention of the magic word "diversity". "I'm not sexist, oh us poor white men , I would be PM if I was transgender disabled and black". Back to the playground kiddies.
