I contacted the regulator (SRA) with a complaint. Seven months (and a considerable amount of correspondence later) I was advised, “we are unable to take further action on this occasion, your concerns relate to a legal matter, which we can not become involved in”. Exactly what I was telling them. The protracted situation with the SRA led me to question their decision-making process, even the competency of the assessment team.
