The judgment may well be correct, but is it not worrying that the provision of localised housing to people in specific religious groups (whether Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Christian, etc) will result in these groups becoming isolated from each other and the general population. Won't such 'ghettoisation' be unhelpful and likely to foster rather than defuse the very discrimination that the residents seek to avoid?
