The fact that eleven of the sixty have not yet been deported strongly suggests that their deportations on that day would in fact have been illegal, or at least a grave miscarriage of justice. And this is made more likely by the disgraceful record of the Home Office as exampled by Windrush and too many other cases to mention.
In this context, a peaceful though illegal protest seems at the very lowest level of criminality. The real criminals are rather higher up the food chain. Step forward, Theresa May, Amber Rudd, etc.
