Absolutely unbelievable that the SRA should issue this statement at this time!!!
Only just realised from yesterday's posts that Ms Scott was dismissed from the second firm "due to risk management issues relating to possible proceedings before the Tribunal."
Mr Wearing and his partners should hang their heads in shame - they should have given this lady full support after the horrors she had already been through.
