Yes I agree with what you say in answer to the first question. That is the point really, that PI claims form on a fraction of motor claim costs. The spin was of course that they drastically increase premiums and that by reducing the cost of PI claims this would reduce premiums. So you are agreeing with me that was a lie.

I do not understand the second answer, and it appears to be an answer to a different question but as above, you have already confirmed that reducing PI claim will not reduce premiums. As this was the original main driver as per the MOJ press release link I posted, then again it's all lies.

It's a bit like the message on that bus Boris and friends used to drive about in. But hey, why look at the truth when spin/lies works better.
