ATE premiums are paid to insurers aren’t they. If those insurers have a kickback arrangement with claimant solicitors then shut them down. If it is a front, shut them and the solicitors down.

Ahhh defendant solicitor firms. The tail being waged by the dog. Ghost reports, procedural and costs games and all that. Not on the portal cases but they do not have clean hands. Most poor conduct being driven by insurer demands of course and the race to the bottom.

But I must go, I’ve just had an auto renewal notice in and I need to go and get an alternative quote at 1/3 of the quoted renewal premium.

Those cheeky rapscallions! Well it wouldn’t do to call insurers what they actually are would it...
