ahh yes, Stalky, fondly remembered.

Anyway back to the subject of LiP's, we had one who sued us for the costs that the Court had ordered him to pay as a result of his claim against our client.

His claim was not surprisingly struck out, he sought to set aside, rejected, appealed on the basis that the J was racist, corrupt etc and a ECRO of course followed.

While it was fun and provided a host of entertaining tales, there comes a time when it needs finality, and apropos the Stalky below, I can't help but think of the flagrant injustice of it all.

Now can we have some Jorrocks please.
