I can't be the only readers to have encountered greedy family who want to keep quiet about a slice of "their" money having been left to Oxfam or Granny's church or cancer research. "Charity" they remind you "begins at home" and the dear departed would never have done it if she'd known how hard times would get for the family.

And it's a great relief to be able to say "Even if I did what you want, which I can't, even if you take the business away and prove the will in person - there is a system which will alert the charity".
