I am bitter and resentful.

I am bitter and resentful because the multi-billion pound insurance lobby successfully managed to have successive governments legislate in their commercial interests, to the detriment of the public and to the detriment of my pocket. I am bitter and resentful because they did not do so by entirely fair means.

I am bitter and resentful that after a quarter of a century devoting myself to the maimed, the wronged, the dying and the relatives of the dead, I have been successfully painted as being the bad guy.
