There was no need to make this person empty the contents of her bag in a public area. If there was a real concern - which I find difficult to comprehend - then she should have been asked to step into a private area for the search to be made out of full view. Re-training of security staff in HMCTS is needed if this is the way members of the visiting public are going to be treated. It is wholly unacceptable.
