No, anon@15:58, County Court decisions aren't binding on anyone other than the parties, whether on appeal or on original jurisdiction. Persuasive perhaps, but binding no. It's still a County Court.

Conversely, a judgment of a High Court Master (and in theory even a Deputy District Judge sitting in a District Registry) is binding on a section 9 Senior Circuit Judge sitting in a County Court. Whereas the Master (or DJ in a District Registry) does NOT have to follow Circuit Judge's judgment or even the judgment of a High Court Judge (whether on appeal or otherwise).
