So we basically have a more up to date Woollard v Fowler?

I think what we really need to keep an eye on is agency fees for specialist medical reports which aren't otherwise fixed under r. 45.29I (2A).

The likes of Premex charge staggering fees for merely obtaining specialist reports and think they can do so because of the specialism of the expert!

Ask for a breakdown per Stringer v Copley and you get a three page standard letter that doesn't make sense. Push on and they instruct a Merseyside based costs draftsman directly.

When all reports get fixed via future amendments they'll blame defendants without any thought towards their pee taking antics.
