Prof. Moorhead stated the obvious: an NDA that prevents one party from disclosing of facts that may constitute a sexual offence is very likely to be contrary to good morals or prejudicial to the administration of justice and as such unenforceable for the alleged wrongdoer.
In my opinion the very existence of a contract of this type constitutes evidence that the wrongful action has in fact been committed.
It is delusional to enter into this type of arrangements hoping to obtain some legal protection.
