Selective stats and citing just 2 circuits seems a typical politicians answer!

All the evidence I hear is that listing of crown court trials is many months and sometimes a year ahead. Many courts have had not budget for Recorders for well over 6 months.

The Lord Chancellor may not recognise the language but please could he just admit that our criminal justice system is chronically underfunded and #thelawisbroken!
