As a woman and a non-legal person and using of legal services, may l say l have come across some very personable women Solicitors / Barristers / Judges , but l could not say same of their male counterparts . I think in all walks of life that women do bring characteristics to the table that are either unobtainable from the male of the species, or perhaps society at large just do not require males to tick the boxes for showing traits that appear to come easier to the female of the species?
