Let's be realistic. Human rights need to be weighed against wider considerations, such as national security and threats to public safety: a matter for the Home Secretary to assess. The issue of being rendered stateless is quite separate: but justiciable (and I venture to suspect that Ms Begum would have little difficulty in finding backers were she minded to make the challenge).
