There are no if's or but's here, look at the SDT rulings in the past ten years and you can see cases which should never have even come before the SDT. The SDT has been used to "target" professionals for other interests.... And the cases are shocking. The tribunal are perfectly aware that they have benefitted from corrupt payments in some of their rulings yet they don't have the moral fortitude to decline such practices. Shameful to say the least.
