Judging by our PI renewal, just done, "tame" purchasers solicitors are going to get hit in the pocket if they want their PI renewed..And one of my clients has just shown me a mailshot from Simpson Millar inviting him to consider suing his solicitor if he was negligently advised on his lease...and asked me what he should do about it...
