As an existing long standing developer panel solicitor, I agree with everything that Rob Hailstone has said. Even now, there are still certain developers who will not speak to me and sites where I am not particularly welcome because of past disagreements.

To everybody below jumping on the band wagon of ill informed criticism without evidence, it's called professional integrity and ethical standards, and you are not the only person to have these qualities.
