Is it only me who finds something distasteful and rather sinister about large corporations and rich people (I doubt Mrs Trellis from 1 The Avenue will be instructing Clifford Chance) instructing persuasive people to help "shape" policy? With the threat of judicial review if they don't get what they want? Apart from one brief mention of two charities highlighting the issue this piece is basically free advertising for lobbyists.
