The answer to the first post is that we live in a febrile world, with very few having had a demanding education, and a cultivation of analytical skills. I hear people who should no better, proudly declaiming "I found it on the internet," or "It's all over Facebook," when it's no more than fraud and pub rumours.

It's small wonder that there are those out there who Google "Expert legal claims," and believe the garbage that is thrown at them.
