My practice deals with so-called legal advisers on a regular basis. I work on the basis that if I have a throat infection I do not go to a chiropodist. I have little sympathy for people who shop around on the Internet until they read what they want to read and then embark on litigation which they lose and inevitably pay costs. There are a number of MFs involved, one has even been recorded claiming to be a solicitor, he routinely calls himself a lawyer and is now a paralegal. He conducts litigation on behalf of his clients, do the SRA do anything of course because they don't regulate him and the criminality is a matter for the police.

Are these clowns protecting the public? No.
