The below comment is bang on!

"The Claimant must be at the heart of the system" even if he or she has to face a shed load of well represented insurance company representatives, experts and cynical offers as well as understanding how to bring a personal injury claim whilst recovering from his or her accident (it's not their fault remember!).

Lord Keen has not got a clue how things work at present. Like Insurers and MP's in general they only have their own self interests at heart and not the general public. The only thing that will be at the heart of the system is the continued Tory ABI funding and of course Insurer profits, nothing more nothing less .. FACT! He himself probably has some stakeholder share in one or two Insurers like most MP's seem to have nowadays. 'Pension, pension, pension all he is interested in!

More conflicts of interests than 'FIFA'!

You only have to look at the way the 'Brexit' debacle continues to drag out to see for yourself what a shower of useless we have governing this Country. This system will go the same way and until it arrives Jo public will not have a single clue about it.

The fact that APIL invited him to their conference makes my blood boil even more. If they would of sold eggs at the entrance they would of made a fortune and even I may have turned up personally!
