How about the Government declare that, "ALL NDA's previously entered into between ANY and ALL Governmental Bodies are hereby vacated and considered unenforceable ".

THAT would be a great step and then you see how many MILLIONS of £ sterling of Taxpayers money the POLICE waste every years and have done for DECADES. No wonder they cannot afford any more officers, they have spent it covering the rears of the serving Officers unlawful acts.
