Wonder why the SRA Board meetings are now held in private, or the salary of their C EO is undisclosed . I did find out that the bloke in the SRA who was responsible for the transparency debacle had a History degree from Warwick University .Eminently qualified to be an arbiter of legal matters . Well a client once said over the phone that he would bury me. Could I be criticised for terminating the call? If anyone has been subject to an investigation , put out a request under the Freedom of Information Act for details , but , wait a minute , the SRA are not bound by such things - silly me.
