I could come over all venal about this. Removing the Probate service will man that anyone trying to do their own probate without using a lawyer will not be able to visit the local registry for help. End result = more money for the lawyers because they will give up and ask us to do it. That is great isn't it?

Except..... I am sure I read somewhere that the courts and judicial system were not there for the benefit of Lawyers and Politicians. Maybe I was mistaken.
