This is definitely the way forward. Working from home has so many advantages eg no travel delays or costs, less office politics etc although self-discipline is a must! The focus then is on productivity - and provided clients are served and are satisfied with their service, what is there to fear? The periodic visit to the office for meetings appointments etc is obviously part of the model but these can easily be planned into the schedule. Firms who DON'T adopt this model will soon risk losing their better staff to those firms which are more progressive.
