The figures themselves are not particularly illuminating, however one can suggest for example if there is a large disparity between x & y (where x y) then x will be disproportionately in the higher status and higher paid roles.

This doesn't mean that person x @ job 1 is paid more than person y @ job 1: in other words one cannot infer discrimination from the figures.

There could be positive and or direct discrimination both against and in favour of women and minorities but these will tend to be secondary to the indirect societal causes which can impair the career development of women and publishing figures: regardless as to their detail and provenance is never going to address this.
