An utter disgrace of an organisation who are crippled by unnecessary bureaucracy, ill-informed case handlers and a high churn of staff. Client complained to us in May 2018. Complaint not resolved so client indicated going to LeO. Feb this year we receive letter from LeO regarding the complaint. I raise the fact that more than 6 months have elapsed since our final response only to be told the client's complaint was received at the LeO in June 2018 but they have only just got round to dealing with it! T compound the incompetence we were then asked for a complete copy of our file (electronically as they don't take paper copies) within 7 days!! Of course the public need a body to engage with where they are dissatisfied with service but the LeO is not providing any kind of pro-active service.
