I'd be interested to see how they phrase their letter to the Claimant's solicitors....

Dear Sirs,

Please accept our apologies for removing you from the litigation process in 95% of your cases. We appreciate that this will result in the closure of your firm and redundancies for all of your staff. We also acknowledge that you will need to seek employment in some other sector but prior to doing so, we would be grateful if you could take the time to provide us with your professional advice and guidance in order that we can introduce an efficient system which works just as well without you.

We've not enclosed a self addressed envelope for fear of what you might send us.
