Who is on the hook for the medical fee if the claim fails? At the moment it is Claimant solicitors, like all of the other incidental costs that go along with these easy, bargain basement claims...50 medical agencies will soon be 5 and Medco will be obsolete, along with Elto, AskMid and, ironically, 60+% of Insurance claims handlers! Computers will sort it though so don't be overly concerned.
