"Everyone claiming to be injured is attempting fraud. We don't know how much of it but it's a load. Honest. You can believe us because we have cool ads and everything. We also have innocent motorists at heart. Automate everything and they might save £90, or £50, or £40, or £35 off their premium. We know that they haven't already despite reduced legal costs but that is because of other things, not us. We don't inflate automatic renewal premiums. We won't really save the £hundreds or £thousands knocked off with a tariff system. Computer systems are great even when they are Colossus (anyone remember that debacle?) and they just say "No"."
