"As a female solicitor in private practise with an all female Board, in the 100years since women could join the profession, will judicial appointments allow for maternity leave, job share and part time appointments increasing the female pool of availability?"

Paternity leave and job share arrangements aren't available for men, so I suspect probably not. Both men and women are able to become deputy judges or Recorders though, so neither of our respective genders are oppressed by the inability to work part time.
