Comment

The previous comment exemplifies why we still have a problem today. I know of one experienced solicitor extremely hard working , loyal, able and the ability to hit the ground running. Yet he has struggled for over 20 years to get a decent job with a decent law firm and experienced all sorts of prejudices etc. You are unlikely to know what prejudice and rejections feels like unless you experience it yourself!
