We are property development and management company. We currently work with a conveyancing firm which we do not wish to continue working with.

We would like to know if you are available to represent us in our property settlements?

We are in the process of selling some housing units to some clients. We also are buying some new lands we intend to use for development of new housing units. We received an acceptance to our offer on the land yesterday and would like to move forward with the process of acquiring this land.

Our purchase will be financed through the cash proceed from sales of the housing units as most of our clients are cash buyers.

Please confirm if we can send you details of both works so you can go through it and get back to me with your quotes, legal fees and contracts to enable you act on our behalf within a proper time frame.

Please find attached the information for both the purchase/sale of the properties including the offer from our buyers and our offer on the new land.

The folder includes names on property deed, address of property, price of sale, mortgage details, lease details, contact of buyer & their solicitors, sale offer, details of property we also wish to purchase and all relevant documents.

Kindly go through all details and give us a proper quote. Also let me know if your fee includes Land registry and other sundry charges and if there are any other documents or info you need please let me know.
