This is absolutely ridiculous, hypothetically speaking what if the men at a firm are genuinely better solicitors and/or Partner prospects than the females of a firm.

I feel these days that firms and other companies alike are being pressured into promoting females into positions that they are probably not equipped for simply because they are exactly that, female.

Simply for a few votes in a poll and for appearance's.
