Oh dear.. this happened with the land registry. Once good now rubbish. That’s what happens when a public sector body erm sacks it’s decent staff and replaces them with case management zombie hive workers. Using a rancid stream of curdled code put together by ‘an outsourced solution provider’ after a ‘tender process’ to ensure all ‘stake holders’ get ‘best value’. They have been sold a bag of dog eggs packaged up as an IT solution which we have and will continue to pay for, for a long time after it has been binned off. If we poor saps provided such a poor service then our bottys would be getting a tanning from the SRA or some such cadre of goose stepping regulatory desk jockeys. How much did it cost???? Why???? How much is that doggy in the window ? Tragic.
