Tom Goodhead is absolutely right that it's in the interests of “UK plc” that the UK should demonstrate to the world that its provincial cities are just as attractive a forum in which international dispute resolutions can take place. The UK legal profession is well represented throughout the UK and it's good that the High Court appear to have supported this view.
We Liverpolitans know, however, that whoever has reported Mr Goodhead's words has clearly been misled by the mention of iron ore. The past tense of 'wreak' is 'wreaked' and not 'wrought'. No such error will appear in the pleadings, I'm sure.
