No NDA can stop you reporting an alleged offence to the Police. It's surprising how many 'victims' (complainants) elect not to report the matter to the Police, fearing negative repercussions and/or publicity, but will let the papers have a stab at it if they've a chance of financial gain...

REPORT THINGS TO THE POLICE SO THAT THEY CAN INVESTIGATE AND POSSIBLY STOP SIMILAR THINGS HAPPENING TO OTHERS.
