Everyone knows the problem is pay and pensions
It'll get worse
Judges who are protected under transitional provisions are retiring rather than join the new scheme
The younger ones are in the midst of an employment tribunal battle which Gauke is fighting tooth and nail so no loyalty there
The older ones are fed up and will finish after 20 years or at 65 (finish before and they dock your pension)
One judge is in the golf club 4 times a week now with a big grin on his face
When he was in work he hardly smiled
He had done 16 years and finished on his 65th birthday
