Interesting article - why buried so far down the page?

Majumdar puts his finger on the Brexit ‘button’ (will our judgments be enforced in the EU?) but on considering the point of the article (high scale foreign use of our courts) it’s clear that if the EU goes down that route it will only be shooting itself in the foot (if not face).

The comments, as always, are even more interesting. If the EU does try to queer our pitch by ignoring our judgments, so much more access to British justice for the British. Sounds good to me! We have thrived for centuries under British law.

Speaking of which: We legally and lawfully left the EU on 29th March, but few writing here in the Gazette seem to have noticed... Odd.
